Your user portal is a web page where you manage your own voicemail, call settings and call history. You sign in with the email address and password that belong to your extension.

Some labels in your portal or apps may look slightly different from this guide.

Before you start

You need the email address on your extension and your password. Your admin sets both up for you. Your password is not your voicemail PIN, so don't try the PIN here.

  1. Step 1:
    Open your user portal
Go to proxy.callsprout.com in your browser. On Contact Center Pro, use your company's own callsprout.com address instead, which CallSprout gives you.
  2. Step 2:
    Enter your email address
Type it in the Email field.
  3. Step 3:
    Enter your password
Type it in the Password field.
  4. Step 4:
    Select Login
    Select Login.
  5. Step 5:
    Set a new password
The first time you sign in, the portal asks you to choose a new password. Pick one only you know.

Your password is the same one you use in CallSprout Communicator NEXT on your computer, so changing it in one place changes it in the other.

If two step verification is on for your account, the portal also asks for the code from your authenticator app. If your company offers its own sign in option on this page, choose that instead of typing a password.

Change your email, password or PIN

  1. Step 1:
    Open My Details
After you sign in, select My Details.
  2. Step 2:
    Make your change
    Edit E-mail, Password or PIN.
  3. Step 3:
    Save
    Select Save.

Your email is also your sign in name, so use the new address next time. The PIN is the one your phone asks for when you check voicemail or use features that need verification. If the email field is locked, ask your admin.

Don't see this option? Contact support and we'll set it up for you.

If you can't sign in

  • Check that you're using your email address and your password, not your PIN.
  • Make sure you're signing in with the email address on your own extension, not an admin login.
  • If you've forgotten your password, ask your admin or contact support.
