Review your text history in your user portal
- Audience: End users

Your user portal keeps a log of the texts that went out from your texting number and the ones that came back in. Open it when you need to check when a message went out, see whether it ran into a problem, or keep a record of a conversation.
Some labels in your portal or apps may look slightly different from this guide.
Before you start
- Texting comes with every plan, and each user gets 200 messages per user a month. Picture messages count toward that number too. Higher volume is an add-on, so talk to your admin if your team needs more.
- The text log only shows up once texting is turned on for you. If it's missing, read why some portal sections don't appear.
Find your texts
- Step 1:Sign inOpen your user portal and sign in.
- Step 2:Open the text logGo to the Other tab and choose SMS Report.
- Step 3:Pick your datesSet the Date Range you want to look through.
- Step 4:Filter if you need toUse Direction to show only incoming or only outgoing messages, and Type to filter by the kind of message.
- Step 5:Run the searchSelect the search icon. The list updates to match your filters.
Read the list
Each row is one message. From and To show the two numbers, Direction tells you whether you sent it or received it, and Date/Time shows when. Status tells you how far the message got. When something went wrong, Error Message gives the reason that was recorded.
A text that left your number hasn't necessarily reached the other phone. If a customer says they never got one, see why a text can say Sent and never arrive.
Print, email or save the list
Search first so the list holds only the messages you want. Then pick Print, E-mail to send the list to an email address, or CSV Download to save it as a spreadsheet.
What to expect
This page is a record. To send a text or answer one, use Communicator. Send and receive texts and pictures shows how.
