Read your portal dashboard
- Audience: End users

The dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in to your user portal. It gives you a quick read on your voicemail, today's calls, your forwarding settings and the devices connected to your extension.
Some labels in your portal or apps may look slightly different from this guide.
What the tiles show
| Tile | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Voicemail | How many new messages are waiting. |
| Today's Calls | Your total calls today, how many you answered, and your talk time. |
| Call Forwarding | Whether forwarding is on or off. |
| Do Not Disturb | Whether Do Not Disturb is on or off. |
| Devices Online | How many of your devices are connected right now. |
| Registered Devices | The list of desk phones and apps registered to your extension. |
If you don't see a tile described here, read Why can't I see some portal sections?.
The top bar
The bar across the top shows your name and extension number. It also has an icon that opens Communicator for the web in a new tab, a Language menu and Logout.
Check that your phone is connected
If calls aren't reaching you, look at the two device tiles first. Devices Online counts what's connected, and Registered Devices names each phone or app.
If a device you expect is missing, restart it and check the dashboard again. If it still doesn't show up, ask your admin or contact support.
Check forwarding and Do Not Disturb
If you're not getting calls, check the Call Forwarding and Do Not Disturb tiles. Either one can send your calls elsewhere or keep them from ringing. To change them, see Manage forwarding, follow me and caller ID online.
