The Microsoft Teams integration features described on this page require an active, permitted connection to Microsoft Teams. Availability depends on that system's supported APIs and permissions.

Communicator in Teams is included on every plan. Ask CallSprout support to turn it on for your company. On a mobile phone, Teams calls also need Communicator GO, which comes with the Communicator apps add-on.

The ring group dashboard, where Contact Center Lite's live wallboards and member performance dashboard appear, is included with Contact Center Lite. It opens in CallSprout Communicator NEXT, and Contact Center Lite includes Communicator NEXT for anyone who uses the dashboard, so they don't need the Communicator apps add-on for it. CallSprout support turns the dashboard on for each person your admin names. On Contact Center Pro, each agent needs the Communicator apps add-on for the agent app, and the supervisor dashboard is a separate add-on. Ask CallSprout support about it.

Smart Callback works in enhanced ring groups on Contact Center Lite, and in queues too on Contact Center Pro.

Business and Contact Center Lite are priced per user. Contact Center Pro is priced per agent. Local numbers used for local presence dialing are an add-on. The omnichannel workspace covers voice, email, live chat, WhatsApp and Messenger, plus chatbot menus for chats, and the text message channel is billed separately. The outbound dialer's preview and progressive modes are ready to use. Power and voice messaging modes are turned on by CallSprout support after a review of the campaign.

Add-ons

Add-ons work with any plan, except the supervisor dashboard, which is for Contact Center Pro. They appear as separate lines on your quote.

Add-ons
Add-onWhat it gives you
Communicator desktop, mobile and web appsYour business line in an app on your computer, phone or browser, for the people who use them. See which app to use.
CRM integration, including smart routingConnects CallSprout to your CRM. CRM integration is an add-on, priced on your quote. See which CRMs you can connect.
Additional local numbersMore numbers for locations, departments or campaigns. You can also bring numbers you already own.
Branded caller IDShows your business name on outbound calls to supported phones.
Toll-free numbersA national number your customers can call at no cost. Inbound toll-free minutes are metered.
Higher text message volumeMore messages per user each month than the included allowance.
FaxUnlimited faxing, from a fax machine on an analog fax line or by email with eFax.
Video meetingsRemoves the participant and length limits that apply to the small meetings included in every plan.
E911 serviceSends the address registered to the phone number on the extension with 911 calls from desk phones and Communicator. Communicator GO hands 911 calls to the cell phone's own dialer. It's required on every account.
Call recording archivingKeeps call recordings in CallSprout storage longer than the standard window.

Connected-system features work through your existing CRM or business system and depend on that system offering a compatible API. Availability varies by provider.

Billed by usage

A few services are metered, and they're the same on every plan. US local and long distance calling is unlimited, so calls aren't metered.

  • Sage AI voice agent. Optional. You pay only where Sage answers. The first 30 seconds of each call are included at no cost, and usage after that is billed at the rate on plans and pricing. AI voice agents you build in the admin portal follow the same rule.
  • Text to speech greetings. The first 30 seconds of each greeting you generate are included at no cost, and the rest is billed at the same Sage rate.
  • AI Transcription. Live and recorded call transcription, billed on usage. Voicemail transcription is built in at no cost.
  • Inbound toll-free minutes. Calls to your toll-free numbers.
