This is an iPhone option. The Android steps for Communicator GO don't include it.
Set it up
On iPhone, you can make Communicator GO your default calling app. Depending on your iOS version, the option may be in the iPhone's Settings or in the app. If you can't find it, ask your admin or contact support.
Communicator GO also has an Integrated calling option. It decides whether your Communicator GO calls show up in your iPhone's own call history.
What to expect
- Tapping a phone number in a message, email or web page can start the call in Communicator GO.
- With Integrated calling on, your Communicator GO calls are saved to your iPhone's call history. With it off, they aren't.
If you dial 911, Communicator GO hands the call to your phone's own dialer, and it goes out over your mobile network. See How 911 works.
