Is there a free trial?: Yes. Start a free trial, no hardware or commitment required.
Can I bring my own devices?: Absolutely. CallSprout works with desk phones, the Communicator desktop and mobile apps, and the web (BYOD).
What is included in each plan?: Both plans include unlimited US calling, the Communicator apps, Sage the AI voice agent, voicemail transcription, and CRM-smart routing. Call Center adds queues, supervisor tools, live wallboards, and advanced reporting.
What does usage cost?: Sage is $0.39 per minute after the first 30 free seconds of each call, and AI Transcription of calls is $0.0198 per minute. Both are billed by the second. Voicemail transcription is free.
How does billing work?: A simple per-seat price billed monthly, plus any usage. Add or remove seats anytime.
