See who attended a meeting
- Audience: App users
- Audience: Admins
- Add-on: Communicator apps
Last updated
After a meeting ends, you can see who joined, when they came and went, and how long they stayed. You can look it up in Communicator, and your admin can see join and leave times in the admin portal.
This feature needs the Communicator apps add-on on your account. See plans and pricing
Some labels in your portal or apps may look slightly different from this guide.
Open the attendance report in Communicator
- Step 1:Open Meeting ListSelect the Meeting icon, then Meeting List.
- Step 2:Go to finished meetingsSelect the Previous tab and choose the meeting that ended.
- Step 3:Open AttendanceSelect the Attendance tab. It sits next to Meeting Details and Chat Records.
What the report shows
At the top you see a summary: the participants, the start and end time, the duration and the average attendance.
Below it, a table lists each person with their first join, last leave, total time present and role, either organizer or participant. Guests from outside your company who joined from a browser are listed too. A search box helps you find someone. Select a person to see more, such as how long they spoke, whether their camera was on, whether they shared their screen and when they were present.
Some versions of the report also show whether people joined with audio only, with video or both.
Export the report
Select Export Meeting to download a CSV file named for the meeting number, like Attendance-482615093.csv. It has one row for each participant. Durations are in seconds and times use the ISO 8601 format, so they're easy to sort in a spreadsheet.
See attendance in the admin portal
Admins can also check past meetings from the admin portal.
- Step 1:Open MeetingsIn the admin portal, open Meetings.
- Step 2:Find the meetingGo to the Recent tab. To search by dates, use the Date Range tab instead.
- Step 3:Open its detailsSelect the meeting's name or number. The details page lists each participant, and for a meeting that's over, when each one joined and left.
