Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-09

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CallSprout that governs your use of our website, our cloud phone and communications services, and the Sage AI voice agent. By using the site or the services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy. If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

The services

CallSprout provides cloud phone service, business messaging, voicemail, call routing, call recording and transcription, and an AI voice agent named Sage. Features, plans, and pricing are described on the site and may change over time. We work to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. The services are intended for business use by customers who can form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully. You will not send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent communications, make illegal robocalls, or send unlawful text messages, and you will comply with applicable telecommunications and messaging rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier requirements. You will not disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the services or the network.

Plans, pricing, and usage billing

Service is sold on a per seat basis billed monthly, plus usage where it applies. Sage AI voice agent usage and AI Transcription of calls are metered and billed by the second at the rates posted on our pricing page. Voicemail transcription is included. We may change plans, features, and prices, and we will keep current pricing available on the site.

The Sage demo

When you ask for a Sage demo, our AI voice agent places a call to the number you provide so you can hear the product. The demo call may be recorded and transcribed so we can show you a recap. You should submit only a number you are authorized to use.

Emergency calling and 911

Cloud phone service handles emergency calls differently from a traditional landline. Emergency calls depend on power, internet connectivity, and an accurate registered location, and they may not work during an outage or if you move a device without updating your address. Keep your registered service address current and have a backup way to reach emergency services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallSprout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the three months before the claim.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, and you can add or remove seats as your needs change. Fees already incurred, including usage, remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.
