Park a call
Select Options, then Park Call. The app lists the parking lots available to you and how many slots are free in each. Full lots are grayed out. Choose a lot, select Park, and the app confirms where the call went.
To get a parked call back, open the Parked Calls screen. You can show all parked calls or only yours. Select the pickup button next to the one you want.
Record a call

Move the call to another device
Select Options, then Switch Device. You can send the call to your desk phone, your computer app, the mobile app or a number from your list of phone numbers. To pull a call onto your phone instead, see Move a call between your desk, computer and phone.
More in the menu
- Invite adds people so the call becomes an instant conference.
- Keypad opens the dial pad for menus that ask for a number.
- A second incoming call shows on the call screen. If you answer it, your first call goes on hold.
