Your desk phone doesn't need an app. CallSprout Communicator NEXT on your computer, Communicator for the web and Communicator GO come with the Communicator apps add-on, which your company turns on for the people who use them. Communicator in Teams is included on every plan. Ask CallSprout support to turn it on for your company. Your admin can tell you which of these you have.

On Contact Center Pro, Communicator for the web is at /webapp/login on your company's own callsprout.com address, which CallSprout gives you. Communicator in Teams on a mobile phone also needs Communicator GO.

Use more than one

Many people use several options. For example, you might use Communicator NEXT at work and Communicator GO when you're out. In Communicator you can move a call to another of your devices while you're on it. During a call, select Switch Device and choose where the call should go.

Contact center apps

On Contact Center Pro, agents and supervisors use the agent and supervisor panels in the older Communicator desktop app for now, and CallSprout support sets it up. They're moving to Communicator NEXT soon. On Contact Center Lite, the ring group dashboard is in Communicator NEXT. What each plan and add-on includes shows what each plan adds.

If an app you expect is missing

Your admin or CallSprout sets up each person's apps. If you can't find the app you need, ask them to check your account. Once it's ready, follow the first day checklist to sign in and test it.
