CallSprout + Anthropic
Connect Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, to your own calls, chats and meetings in CallSprout Communicator, and ask it what happened instead of digging for it. Available for Anthropic.
How CallSprout works with Anthropic.
Claude can write, summarize and answer questions, but on its own it can't see your phone system. The CallSprout Communicator desktop app can run an MCP server that changes that. Once it's on, Claude can read your chats, call history and scheduled meetings, so it can help with the work that actually happened.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard Anthropic introduced for connecting AI assistants to business software. It is also how Sage, CallSprout's AI voice agent, reaches past the native integrations. If your tools already have an MCP server, Sage connects to it. If they don't, we can build one.
The Communicator MCP server is in early access, so we set it up and test it with you before your team relies on it.
CallSprout and Anthropic, working together.
What Sage does once your call data flows into the tools you already use.
Have Claude sum up a chat thread, list your missed calls, or catch you up after time off.
Claude connects to Communicator on your own machine, and you can require a token so only apps you trust connect.
Each person connects their own extension. A company-wide connection for the whole phone system is on our roadmap.
What you can ask Claude
Ask Claude to summarize your chat with a coworker about a project, tell you whether you missed any calls, pull together everything a client mentioned across calls and chats, or draft a follow-up from your last conversation. It reads what's in your Communicator account and answers in plain language.
It works with Claude Desktop and Claude Code, and with other apps that support MCP. The connect your tools page has more on how it works.
MCP for the rest of your tools
The same standard lets Sage work with your business software during a call: look a record up, add a note, check a status. If the software you run already has an MCP server, Sage connects to it. If it doesn't, we can build one for it, and we test it with you before it goes live.

Anthropic, answered.
- Can I use Claude with CallSprout?
- Yes, in early access. The CallSprout Communicator desktop app can run an MCP server that lets Claude read your own chats, call history and scheduled meetings.
- Do I need an Anthropic account?
- Yes, to use Claude you need your own Claude account. CallSprout provides the connection from Communicator.
- Can Claude see everyone's calls?
- No. Each person connects their own extension, so Claude sees only that person's calls, chats and meetings. A company-wide connection for owners is on our roadmap.
- What does Anthropic have to do with MCP?
- Anthropic introduced MCP, the open standard that lets AI assistants and agents work with business software. Communicator uses it to connect to Claude, and Sage uses it to connect to your tools.
