CallSprout + Real Geeks

Connect Sage, your AI voice agent, to Real Geeks so every handled call is logged as an activity on the lead's record, new callers are captured with full detail, and your team is routed using Real Geeks agent data around the clock. Available for Real Geeks.

Overview

How CallSprout works with Real Geeks.

Real estate leads do not keep business hours. A buyer calls your IDX site at 8 p.m. on a Sunday, gets voicemail, and is in a competing agent's car by Monday morning. Real Geeks gives your team a powerful all-in-one platform for IDX home search, lead generation, and CRM, but the platform only records what your agents actually log. When the phone is unattended, nothing gets captured.

CallSprout puts Sage, our AI voice agent, in front of your Real Geeks phone line. Sage answers every call, captures the caller's name, property interest, and contact details in a full transcript, and logs the interaction as a called activity on the lead's Real Geeks record when that lead is already in your CRM. For callers who are not yet in your database, Sage captures everything your team needs to create a fresh lead record with complete context. CallSprout also reads your Real Geeks agent list to route callers to the right person based on the rules you define.

It is the same pattern we build for every real estate team: keep lead activity flowing into the system your agents already run, and make sure the phone never costs you a deal. Sage works alongside Real Geeks, not instead of it.

What you get

CallSprout and Real Geeks, working together.

What Sage does once your call data flows into the tools you already use.

Called activity logged on every known lead

When Sage handles a call from a caller whose Real Geeks lead UUID is configured in the lookup, the interaction posts as a called activity on that lead's record, so the contact timeline stays accurate without your agents typing notes.

Agent routing from Real Geeks data

CallSprout reads your Real Geeks agent list and routes inbound callers to the right person based on the rules you set, so buyers and sellers reach their assigned agent instead of a generic queue.

Full transcript and AI summary on every call

Sage transcribes every call and generates a plain-language summary of what was discussed, what the caller is looking for, and what the next step is, ready for your agents to review and act on.

24/7 coverage with complete new-lead capture

Sage answers around the clock so an after-hours buyer call becomes a structured lead record with name, contact details, and property interest rather than a missed opportunity.

Log called activities directly on Real Geeks lead records

The Real Geeks REST API exposes a lead activities endpoint that accepts a called activity type, which documents that an agent called the lead. CallSprout posts to that endpoint when Sage handles a call and a matching lead UUID has been configured in your lookup. The activity lands on the lead's timeline in Real Geeks so your team sees a complete, accurate record of every phone touchpoint.

The critical caveat to understand up front: the Real Geeks API requires a lead UUID to post an activity. There is no API endpoint that accepts a phone number and returns a lead. This means automatic caller-to-lead matching by inbound phone number is not available through the Real Geeks API alone. CallSprout logs the activity when your team has configured a mapping between a caller's number and their Real Geeks lead UUID. During onboarding we walk you through how to structure that lookup for the contacts you call most often, and for new inbound callers Sage captures everything needed to create the lead record manually. Here is more on how CallSprout routes callers to the right agent.

Route callers to the right agent using Real Geeks user data

CallSprout reads the Real Geeks users endpoint, which returns your agent roster including each agent's name, role, and phone numbers. That data feeds CallSprout's routing logic so inbound callers can be directed to their assigned agent, the next available team member, or a priority queue based on the rules you set during setup.

Routing decisions happen on CallSprout's own phone network using the agent data it reads from Real Geeks. When an assigned agent is unavailable, Sage follows the overflow rules you configure and captures the call with a full transcript so the agent has complete context when they call back. This is the same AI call routing capability that keeps teams covered across all lines without manual call forwarding.

Capture every new lead with a full conversation record

Not every inbound caller is already in your Real Geeks CRM. First-time inquiries from your IDX site, yard sign calls, and referral traffic arrive as unknown numbers. Sage handles every one of them professionally, asks the right discovery questions, and captures the caller's name, phone number, email, and property interest in a structured summary your team can use to create a new Real Geeks lead record from a complete starting point.

Because the full call is transcribed, your agents do not have to reconstruct the conversation from memory. The AI transcription record shows exactly what the caller said they were looking for, what price range they mentioned, and what neighborhood or property type they asked about. That detail turns a cold inbound call into a warm lead entry your agents can follow up on immediately.

Stay covered when your team is off the clock

Real estate is a business where the window between lead inquiry and conversion is measured in hours, not days. Sage answers every call your team cannot get to, regardless of the time, so buyers and sellers reach a professional response instead of a voicemail box. Every handled call produces a transcript, an AI summary, and a structured record your agents review the next morning.

During high-volume periods, such as an open house weekend or a new listing announcement, Sage absorbs overflow calls so your agents can focus on the clients in front of them. Each captured call is stored with full context so nothing slips between the cracks. Sage runs on CallSprout's cloud phone platform, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to reconfigure in your existing Real Geeks setup. If you also use other real estate tools, the same capture-and-route approach is available for Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, and Lofty.

Common scenarios

What this looks like day to day.

The after-hours buyer inquiry

A buyer calls at 9 p.m. after seeing your IDX listing. Sage answers, captures their name, number, and the property they are asking about with a full transcript, and routes the callback to their assigned agent first thing in the morning with complete context.

The yard sign call from an existing lead

A lead already in your Real Geeks CRM calls from a yard sign. Sage handles the call, and when that lead's number is configured in the lookup, the called activity posts to their Real Geeks record so the timeline stays current and their agent knows exactly what was discussed.

Open house overflow

A new listing drives a flood of inbound calls on a Saturday afternoon. Sage handles every call your agents cannot reach, routes known leads to their assigned agent, and captures every new inquiry as a structured lead summary your team processes after the showing.

Questions

Real Geeks, answered.

Does CallSprout integrate with Real Geeks?
Yes. CallSprout connects to Real Geeks through its REST API to log called activities on lead records, read your agent roster for call routing, and capture full transcripts and AI summaries on every call. Book a call and we will walk through how it maps to your team's workflow.
Can Sage automatically identify an inbound caller as an existing Real Geeks lead?
Not automatically through the Real Geeks API alone. The Real Geeks API requires a lead UUID to post an activity and does not expose a phone-number search endpoint, so there is no way to look up a lead by their inbound phone number directly through the API. CallSprout logs a called activity when your team has configured a mapping between a caller's number and their Real Geeks lead UUID. We set that up with you during onboarding for the contacts you interact with most often.
How does agent routing work with Real Geeks?
CallSprout reads your Real Geeks agent list, which includes each agent's name, role, and phone numbers. That data feeds CallSprout's routing logic so inbound callers are directed to their assigned agent or the next available team member based on the rules you set. Routing happens on CallSprout's own phone network, not inside Real Geeks.
What happens when the caller is not already in Real Geeks?
Sage captures the caller's name, phone number, email, property interest, and any other details that come up during the conversation, along with a full transcript and AI summary. Your team uses that structured record to create a new lead in Real Geeks from a complete starting point instead of a blank form.
Does Sage record and transcribe real estate calls?
Yes. Sage transcribes every call in full and generates a plain-language AI summary. The transcript is searchable and stored on CallSprout's secure infrastructure. Sage announces recording at the start of every call so you meet two-party consent requirements in the states that require it.
Can Sage handle after-hours calls when my agents are unavailable?
Yes. Sage answers around the clock, so buyer and seller inquiries that come in outside office hours are captured with a full transcript and summary rather than going to a voicemail box. Your agents review the structured call records when they are back online and follow up with complete context.
Do we need to replace Real Geeks or change our phone hardware?
No. Sage works alongside Real Geeks, not instead of it, and CallSprout is cloud based and runs on the devices your team already uses. There is no new phone hardware to buy and nothing to rip out of your existing Real Geeks setup.

The lead activity and conversation data Sage captures is also a signal worth analyzing at the team level. Our sister company Ereos builds custom AI for real estate teams and brokerages on its Watchtower platform, reading across the systems your operation already runs.

When the insight is in your lead data, not just your phone line

CallSprout keeps your phone answered and your called activities flowing into the Real Geeks records your agents depend on. When you want AI that reads across your CRM history, lead sources, and conversion data to surface which lead types are closing fastest, which agents are responding in time, or where volume is building before your team feels it, that is what our sister company Ereos builds. Its Watchtower platform connects to the tools your brokerage already runs and turns that data into signals your team can act on.
