CallSprout + Top Producer
Connect Sage, your AI voice agent, to Top Producer so every inbound real estate inquiry is answered around the clock, captured in full, and sent to your CRM as a new lead the moment the call ends. Available for Top Producer.
How CallSprout works with Top Producer.
In real estate, the first agent to respond wins the client. A homeowner researching their listing options calls at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday. If that call hits voicemail, they move on to the next agent on their list. If Sage answers, the caller is greeted professionally, their details are captured, and a new lead lands in Top Producer before anyone on your team has even seen the missed call notification.
CallSprout puts Sage, our AI voice agent, in front of your Top Producer workflow for the part of the lead funnel that matters most: the first call. Sage handles the conversation, asks the right qualifying questions, captures the caller's name, contact details, and buying or selling intent, and creates a new contact record in Top Producer so your agents follow up with real information instead of a voicemail transcript nobody can read.
The integration is scoped to what Top Producer's public API supports today: new lead creation. Sage does not screen-pop existing Top Producer records or write call logs into existing contacts, because Top Producer's API does not expose those endpoints to third-party applications. What it does do is make sure every inbound inquiry becomes a structured lead in your CRM, not a lost opportunity sitting in an unchecked voicemail box. It is the same honest approach we bring to every real estate team: capture every lead from the first ring, and stop losing them to phone tag.
CallSprout and Top Producer, working together.
What Sage does once your call data flows into the tools you already use.
When Sage captures a new caller's details, a contact record is created in Top Producer at the end of the call so the lead is in your CRM with real information, not waiting for someone to manually key it in later.
Sage answers every call around the clock, including evenings, weekends, and the times when your team is already on the phone. Every caller gets a real response, not a voicemail box.
Every call is transcribed in full and paired with a plain-language AI summary of what was discussed. Your team can read the thirty-second version or search the full transcript when a detail matters.
Evenings and weekends are when motivated buyers and sellers call. Sage captures them with the same quality as a business-hours call so your follow-up list is complete regardless of when the inquiry came in.
How new leads flow from the call into Top Producer
Top Producer's public API exposes a contact creation endpoint, and that is what this integration uses. When Sage ends a call with a new prospect, CallSprout packages the caller's name, phone number, email when captured, and a summary of their interest, then creates the contact in Top Producer through the API. The record lands in your CRM with real field data rather than a note that says 'someone called about a house.'
Because Top Producer's public API does not currently expose endpoints for looking up existing contacts by phone number or writing call-log notes into existing records, this integration does not attempt to do either of those things. What it does is ensure that a genuine new inquiry never misses the CRM entirely, which is where most lead loss actually happens. If you want to see how CallSprout handles more advanced routing and qualification for your team, the AI voice agent page covers the full picture.
A searchable record of every conversation, stored on CallSprout's side
Every call Sage handles produces a full transcript and an AI-generated summary stored in CallSprout. Your team can review every call in plain language, search by keyword across all your conversations, and pull up exactly what a caller said about their timeline, budget, or neighborhood preference without relying on anyone's memory or handwritten notes.
That transcript library is also how you improve Sage over time. If callers keep asking the same question your team was not expecting, you see it in the record. If a caller gave conflicting information about their move date, you have the exact words. Here is more on how AI call transcription works across your phone lines.
Answer the leads your competition is missing after hours
Most real estate teams field calls during business hours and let everything else go to voicemail. Sage changes that arithmetic. When a seller calls at 8 p.m. to ask about listing their home, Sage answers, qualifies them, captures their details, and creates the lead in Top Producer. Your competitor's voicemail gets it if yours does not.
After-hours and weekend coverage is where the ROI on this integration is clearest. The calls that used to disappear into a voicemail nobody checked until the next morning now land in your CRM with a full transcript and a structured contact record. Your agents start Tuesday with a follow-up list that reflects everything that came in over the weekend, not just the calls that happened to reach someone. Sage rides on CallSprout's cloud phone platform, so there is no hardware to buy.
Built for real estate agents and teams running Top Producer
Top Producer has served real estate professionals for decades. The agents and teams who rely on it have established workflows, and this integration is designed to feed those workflows rather than change them. Sage captures the lead and puts it in Top Producer. Your agents work the lead the way they always have, with the CRM they already know.
If your team uses multiple tools in your real estate stack, the same capture approach is available for Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, Lofty, and Sierra Interactive. You can also browse the full integration catalog and the pricing page to see what a complete CallSprout setup would look like for your team.
What this looks like day to day.
A homeowner sees your sign, calls at 8:30 p.m. to ask about listing their home, and gets voicemail at every other office they try. Sage answers, captures their name, address, and timeline, and creates a new contact in Top Producer. Your agent calls back first thing in the morning with a warm lead instead of a missed call.
Open house weekend generates a spike of inbound calls from buyers who want to schedule showings. Sage handles all of them, captures each caller's details and property interests, and creates new Top Producer contacts for every new lead so your team's follow-up list on Monday reflects the full weekend rather than only the calls someone managed to answer.
A past client refers their sibling who is relocating. The sibling calls from a number your team does not recognize. Sage captures their name, situation, and timeline in full, creates the contact in Top Producer, and your agent has a complete lead record to work from when they return the call.

Top Producer, answered.
- Does CallSprout integrate with Top Producer?
- Yes. CallSprout connects to Top Producer through its API to create new contact records from inbound calls Sage handles. When Sage captures a new caller's details, a structured lead is created in your Top Producer CRM automatically. Book a call and we will walk through how it maps to your team's setup.
- Does this integration include screen-pop for existing Top Producer contacts?
- Not at this time. Top Producer's public API does not expose a contact lookup by phone number or a call-log write endpoint for existing records. The integration creates new contacts for new callers. We scope every integration to what the tool's API actually supports rather than claiming features that are not available.
- What information does Sage capture and send to Top Producer?
- Sage captures the caller's name, phone number, email address when the caller provides it, and a summary of their buying or selling intent during the conversation. Those fields are used to create the new Top Producer contact. A full call transcript and AI summary are also stored on CallSprout's side for your team to review.
- Does Sage work outside business hours?
- Yes. Sage answers around the clock, so evening, weekend, and holiday calls are handled and captured the same way as a business-hours inquiry. Every new caller becomes a structured lead in Top Producer regardless of when they called.
- What happens if the caller is already in Top Producer?
- Because Top Producer's public API does not currently expose an endpoint to look up an existing contact by phone number, Sage cannot automatically match a repeat caller to their existing record. A new contact entry may be created for that call. Your team can merge or consolidate records in Top Producer as part of normal follow-up.
- Does Sage record and transcribe calls?
- Yes. Sage transcribes every call in full and generates a plain-language AI summary. Both are stored on CallSprout's secure infrastructure and available for your team to review. Sage announces recording at the start of each call so you meet two-party consent requirements in the states that require it.
- Do we need to replace Top Producer or buy new phone hardware?
- No. Sage works alongside Top Producer, not instead of it, and CallSprout is cloud based and runs on the devices your team already uses. There is no new phone hardware to buy and nothing to rip out of your current setup.
The lead capture data and call transcripts Sage collects are also a signal worth examining at the business level. Our sister company Ereos builds custom AI for real estate teams and brokerages on its Watchtower platform, reading across the CRM and communication tools your team already runs.
When the opportunity is in your pipeline data, not just your phone line
CallSprout keeps your phone answered and your new leads flowing into Top Producer from every call Sage handles. When you want AI that reads across your CRM history, transaction pipeline, and communication patterns to surface which leads are warming up, which agents are converting at the highest rate, or which neighborhoods are generating the most inquiry volume, that is what our sister company Ereos builds. Its Watchtower platform connects to the tools your real estate team already runs and turns that data into signals worth acting on.
